Kiki Leather Shoulder Bag

I shopped around for shoulder bags for months before deciding on the Kiki. I purchased this in the color "camel" and it is true to the photos. It's a stunning light tan/yellow color and absolutely soft to the touch. Super spacious inside with lots of storage or your cards or makeup or loose items. My ONLY gripe is that the straps are still a bit stiff and slippery so the purse tends to slide off my shoulder or the outer strap sits just above my shoulder by about half an inch. I'm hoping this will eventually soften and mold to my shoulder over time. Other than that, I'm overall very pleased and have received so many compliments. Highly recommend!

I bought a bag on December 30, 2025 - I loved the design and quality but unfortunately on March 13, 2026 I discovered some loose stitching in a structurally important area - the shoulder strap. I reached out as I didn't expect the bag to be falling apart after just 3 months! What followed was a very disappointing experience with customer service.

After reaching out, they prompted me to go through their return portal but when I tried to submit a warranty claim it got automatically rejected. Turns out international orders do not carry any warranty — even for manufacturing defects on a bag purchased only a few months prior. I knew the bag was final sale when I purchased it, but I didn't realize that also applied to manufacturing defects. Possibly my mistake but again, I expected such a "high-quality" and pricey bag to hold up past 3 months!

When I reached out, there was no repair option, compensation, or goodwill gesture offered, and the response felt dismissive rather than empathetic. Given the high price, steep USD‑to‑CAD conversion, and the expectation of quality, this policy and lack of support were extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, it has completely turned me off from purchasing from the brand again.

I have a couple of different bags from Latico! This one is the perfect size for my everyday back and forth! It’s big but not too big. I tried the Lindsay but the strap would not stay on my shoulder. This one is a little smaller but I like these straps. The secret pocket is the best and I keep my keys in there since I always lose them. And key strap inside would make this even better! Cognac is my favorite color!
