We accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days. Our return/exchange policy applies only to orders placed on latico.com - Items purchased from our sale section are final sale, no returns/exchanges
- Once received, we will process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States
- The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance and product must arrive at Latico within that validity period.
- Log into the Latico Returns Portal using the email address associated with the order and order number
- Please confirm your mailing address and click “continue”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, select the reason for the return and click “next”
- Select if you prefer a refund to the original payment method or an exchange and click “continue”
- If you wish to exchange, select the item + color you would like to receive, add to cart and click “continue”
- Review your return and click “finish”
- Print your prepaid return label and return packing slip. Put the return packing slip in the box with your item(s) and place the return label on the box.

Gift cards are non-returnable
Refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a Latico gift card.
Where is my delivery?

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be found please contact UPS for the most up to date information regarding your shipment at 1-888-742-5877 or online.
For any other delivery issues (such as an incorrect address or a damaged/missing package), please submit a claim to UPS for reimbursement here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page.
Once the claim has been initiated, we'll supply any information that UPS might need to speed up the resolution process.
