Free Standard Shipping, UPS Ground, Two Day + Next Day available.
We do our best to ship within 2 business days (excluding holiday closures). Orders are processed and shipped from New Jersey.
United States
We accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days. Our return/exchange policy applies only to orders placed on latico.com.
- Once received, we will process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States
- The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance and product must arrive at Latico within that validity period.
How To Return/Exchange Your Item(s):
- Log into the Latico Returns Portal using the email address associated with the order and order number
- Please confirm your mailing address and click “continue”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, select the reason for the return and click “next”
- Select if you prefer a refund to the original payment method or an exchange and click “continue”
- If you wish to exchange, select the item + color you would like to receive, add to cart and click “continue”
- Review your return and click “finish”
- Print your prepaid return label and return packing slip. Put the return packing slip in the box with your item(s) and place the return label on the box.
International
We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States.

Refunds
Refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a Latico gift card.
