Bag is cute but smells horrible
I got this tote for Christmas. I was so excited until I opened it and the most horrible fish smell came out of the box. I have tried to air it outside and baking soda but it has been a week and still stinks. Everyone around me can smell it too. So disappointed. My kids gave it to me but did not keep the receipt. Cute bag but I am sad I cannot use it. I contacted latico on instagram and the employee told me to air it out. Not working.

PERFECTION
Last week I ordered the Jan wallet & the Beck cosmetic case in camel, as well as the medium suburban tote in black. Back in the late 1980s I started ordering Coach bags in glovetanned leather; in recent years however, Coach has changed- and NOT for the better. I discovered Latico Leathers when I saw one being sold by Garnet Hill. So, I decided to look up this "Latico " company.
Yes, well. What can I say? I don't recall receiving such gorgeous, just what I wanted, simply perfect leather bags EVER. The tote is worth every penny. The cosmetic fits inside beautifully, and I'm beside myself over FINALLY finding such a sweet little wallet. SO. If you haven't yet purchased from Latico, start today. The leather is unbelievably soft, exquisite, meticulous detail, and altogether lovely. I'm 73, retired; don't need a tote necessarily, but, O my! Finding this quality, WITH a zipper, interior/ exterior pockets..... BTW, Coach leather pales compared to this delicious Latico.
Alright. Perhaps enough said.
PS. I've already started my "wish list"; as I fight inflation, still, I'll be plotting how to accumulate more mad money [for more Latico purchases, of course!]...

I love all Latico bags!! I have two bags and wallet. Fist wallet I bought in the Marshals and was very exiting. Before I thought only Italian lather is the best But NOT!!! My both Latico bags is wonderful!!!! Soft, no smell. Color same as on the picture. I love really bid bag and I found it here. Thank you!!!
