How soon will my order ship?
We do our best to ship within 3 business days (excluding holiday closures). Orders are processed and shipped from New Jersey.

Since 1984, we’ve perfected the craft of heirloom-quality full-grain leather essentials. Each Latico bag is handcrafted by talented global artisans. Nothing is made in China. We're passionate about environmental sustainability — our leathers are byproducts of the meat and dairy industry that would otherwise go to waste.

We donate 10 meals to Feeding America for every purchase made. Thanks to our loyal customers, we've been able to donate over 100,000 meals and counting to this incredible organization since the beginning of the pandemic.
Can I be a distributor or sell your leather in my store?

Can your bags and accessories be customized with corporate logo’s and/or individual names/initials?
Absolutely, our designs make wonderful corporate gifts, awards, and incentives. Visit out Corporate Sales page.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they are placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For more control over your delivery options, we strongly recommend UPS My Choice, a free service offered by UPS. With My Choice, you can modify delivery locations while your packages are in transit, reschedule deliveries, and receive useful tracking updates.

Do you offer price adjustments?
We currently do not offer price adjustments.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days. Our return/exchange policy applies only to orders placed on latico.com. Start your return
Items purchased from our sale section are final sale, no returns/exchanges and carry no warranty.
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is prepaid, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless Redo protection is purchased in advance.
An RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance and product must arrive at Latico within that validity period.
International orders carry no warranty and cannot be returned for refund or replacement.
Can I exchange this for a different color/style?
Yes, we offer exchanges via our return portal
We do not accept returns/exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States.
What's your warranty?
We guarantee our merchandise purchased from Latico or an authorized retailer to be free of manufacturer defects for 1 year with proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather, patina etc.), water marks, stains, or misuse/mistreatment of the bags.
Due to the nature of our leathers, please respect that all leathers, colors, and textures may be unique.
Once a warranty claim is approved Latico will either repair or replace the item. If the item is no longer available an item at the same price point can be substituted. There are no refunds for warranty claims.
International Orders, Closeout, Sample Sale and other promotional deals do not carry any warranty or return policy.
Where’s my receipt?
If you did not receive an order confirmation please reach out and we will have one resent.
Where is my delivery?
We apologize for any delivery issues.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be found please contact UPS for the most up to date information regarding your shipment at 1-888-742-5877 or online.
For any other delivery issues (such as an incorrect address or a damaged/missing package), please submit a claim to UPS for reimbursement here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page.
Once the claim has been initiated, we'll supply any information that UPS might need to speed up the resolution process.
What if I'm missing an item from my shipment?
Claims for missing items/shortages must be submitted in writing to info@laticoleathers.com within 10 days of delivery.
Do all products come with dust bags?
While many of our items come with dust bags, it's important to note that not all do. We want to ensure clarity and manage expectations effectively.
To help you care for your leather bag, we recommend storing it in a dust bag or a breathable pillowcase when it's not in use. These protective coverings offer a shield against dust, dirt, scratches, and light exposure, preserving the quality of your bag for years to come.

Please use the label provided in our returns portal to return your item. To be processed properly please include the return packing slip provided in the box with your item(s). If the packing slip is not included with your return processing may be delayed.
