Official Rules: Five Orders Refunded Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Latico Leathers, 321 Palmer Rd, Suite A, Denville, NJ 07834, USA ("Sponsor"). Questions: info@laticoleathers.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

Begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

(a) Purchase Entry. Each order placed on laticoleathers.com during the Promotion Period that includes at least one bag is automatically one (1) entry. Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period do not qualify. Orders cancelled or refunded before the drawing do not qualify. Orders consisting only of gift cards do not qualify.

(b) Free Entry, No Purchase Necessary. During the Promotion Period, either (i) post a comment on the designated giveaway post pinned in the Latico Leathers Insiders Facebook group, or (ii) send an email to info@laticoleathers.com with the subject line "Refund Giveaway Entry" and your full name. Each eligible person may receive one (1) Free Entry during the Promotion Period regardless of method. Free Entries have the same chance of winning as Purchase Entries.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will be selected.

Purchase Entry winner: a refund of the full amount paid for the winning order (merchandise, tax, and shipping), issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of verification. Approximate retail value (ARV) equals the amount paid for the winning order.

Free Entry winner: one (1) bag of the winner's choice from laticoleathers.com, excluding gift cards, with a retail price of up to four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00). ARV: up to $450.00.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a chosen item is unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 14, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select five (5) winners from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing and announced in the Latico Leathers Insiders Facebook group by first name and last initial. A potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond, an undeliverable notification, or non-compliance with these rules results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Release and Publicity

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its agencies, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and last initial for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and select winners from eligible entries received before such action. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion.

10. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer this promotion and is handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

11. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Meta.

12. Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

13. Winners List

For the names of the winners, email info@laticoleathers.com with the subject "Refund Giveaway Winners" within sixty (60) days after September 14, 2026.
