UPS Ground service ($10) - Will arrive 1-5 business days after it ships.

UPS 2 business day service ($15) - Will arrive 2 business days after it ships.

UPS next business day service ($30) - Will arrive 1 business day after it ships.

Note: This schedule applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. To Alaska and Hawaii, the price is $17.50 for UPS ground service, and delivery times vary. Please email info@laticoleathers.com for delivery time estimates for these destinations.

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders are guaranteed to ship the same or next business day, or your shipping is FREE. If you place your order before 2pm EST on a business day, it will usually ship the same day. If you place your order on the weekend, on a UPS holiday, or after 2pm EST on a business day, it will ship the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your bag is shipped.

Is my credit card number secure?

Yes. We offer state of the art 128 bit encryption to protect your credit card information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise purchased from Latico or an authorized retailer to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase and will accept any defective item due to manufacture for repair or exchange with your proof-of-purchase and with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number issued by Latico. However, due to the nature of our leathers, please respect that all leathers, colors, and textures may be unique.

Closeout, Sample Sale and other promotional deals do not carry any warranty or return policy.

We do not accept returns after 30 days.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. If you have purchased from an authorized retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your bag, you must return it directly to the seller.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

Where do I ship my return/exchange?

Returns and exchanges must be mailed to 321 Palmer Road, Suite A, Denville, NJ 07834.  These returned items must include  on the outside of the box the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued to you by Latico.

How do I ship my return/exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include your shipping insert. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Latico will not guarantee reimbursement for shipments which are lost or damaged in transit back to us.  You will have to contact the shipping carrier for compensation. Packages must be returned prepaid.  We do not accept COD.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.


Should your bag require service after being worn, please email us for instructions. We stand by our products, and we will be happy to repair any hardware or workmanship defects for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase with proof-of-purchase. Should we determine that an item is not repairable, we will replace it with the same item. If the same item is no longer available, you will be allowed to choose another item of similar value as your original item.

Normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, stains, aging, etc) is not covered under warranty.

Please note: Items purchased from discounters/flash sale sites are not applicable to warranty.

In addition to collecting personal and non-personal information, Latico may also collect non-personal, aggregated information about subscribers' use of our site.
